  • The battle of the Bands Finals!

    100 Cargo Way - Pier 96, San Francisco, CA 94101,US -  $8
    All Ages.

    We're in a "final" round of battle of the bands. on September 10th 2005 at the Pound in SF.

    The winner will have their demo CD sent to record labels who will
    listen to it... including Maverick, Warner Bros, Atlantic,
    Metalblade... so the demo's will be solicited.

    This show is open to all ages. Price is 8 dollars.

    Other Band Breakdown...
    Bands: 4 Metal, 2 alternative rock, 1 Indie

    The line up is figured out this way...
    The headliner will be the band who sells the most tickets. (The headliner is the last person to play.)

    The winner will be determined by the crowd's vote in the very end after the last band plays.
    This will be determined by which band gets the loudest cheer. So if we
    have more people than everyone else cheering for us, we can win. I'd
    rather have a better judging system, but the end goal for our band is
    to have our demo's given to these record labels where they'll actually
    listen to it.  They get tons of demo cd's that are sent to them,
    but they don't even listen to them. These recording companies have
    agreed to listen to the winner's music.
